About PGN Property Consultants

PGN Property Consultants is a property consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, established by Paul Nicholson in 2012. We provide tailored advice and services relating to all aspects of commercial property. Our aim is to add value to our clients’ businesses by enabling them to make good property decisions.

We work with a range of clients from individuals to large organisations, private and public sector, commercial property owners and landlords to occupiers and tenants, developers and investors. When appropriate, we also partner with professionals with complimentary skillsets to make sure our clients receive the best service possible.

We engage with our clients to fully understand their needs. We then propose and deliver a focused, high quality service with a personal touch. Our expertise, market knowledge and contacts save our clients’ time and money, reducing risk when making property decisions.

Meet Paul Nicholson

Paul Nicholson (BSc MRICS) is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property, in particular industrial, office and retail sectors. Paul has excellent market knowledge and strong business relationships, providing clients with the high level of advice they require. This was accumulated during a career working for some of the major organisations in the property business.
